Executive Chef Damian Heads (Ready Steady Cook) takes you on a hands on workshop around our customised Argentinean wood fire grill. Participants will enjoy a glass of wine or beer and taste their creations at the end of the class.

Pony Lounge and Dining pastry chef Greg Burge invites you into the kitchen for a dessert masterclass to improve your culinary techniques in the delectable and tempting world of pastry and dessert. 
Learn the sweet art of delicacies, plating secrets and essential tips to make you the envy of the table. 
At the end of the masterclass, enjoy your sweet creations.  You will be presented with a take home recipe kit along with a Pony Sweet Treats Bag.
