Executive Chef Damian Heads was recently invited by the Australian Beef industry to showcase a variety of signature dishes and implement a modern Australian menu featuring Australian Beef, working with the Chef’s at the Westin Chosun Korea. His menu included a 3 course lunch, 4 course dinner and 6 dishes for the featured Australian beef section of the buffet.
We couldn't think of a better ambassador for Australian Beef, and of course taking Pony to the world Congratulations Damian on a successful trip.
